All estimates are free and provided before work begins. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to starting a job, and payment is due upon completion unless another arrangement is made in writing. Appointments can be booked by phone, online, or in person. If you need to cancel, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid possible cancellation fees. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and clear access to the work area. While we take every precaution to avoid damage, we are not responsible for any issues caused by pre-existing yard conditions or hazards. Prosser’s Yard Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our work.
